The secretariat will provide the members with help to :

Formulate project ideas

The network members formulate common project proposals in a "One page summary" form that should be send in to the secretariat to valuate the project idea.

The secretariat will value the project proposals and give recommendations for  further handling.

First Project meeting

When the partners are identified and have agreed about the project idea it is time to call for the first project meeting. The partners together formulate the project and write the application and decide were to send the application for financing.

One from the secretariat should participate in the meeting, to give support and help to the application work and function as a "process leader". Before the end of the meeting a project plan and an application for financing should be ready.
